ARCERIV, led by Dr. Constantin Ifteme, is an association dedicated to advancing veterinary endoscopic surgery and interventional radiology.

Our mission is to raise the standards of veterinary care by promoting minimally invasive surgical techniques, supporting innovative research, and providing specialized professional training for veterinarians across Romania and beyond.

All ARCERIV training programs and workshops are held at the Surgical Training Institute (STI) in Bucharest, a state-of-the-art center designed to support high-level surgical education.
